01 / Context & challenge

A specific problem.
A considered starting point.

Briefwell Agency Cloud is a fictional subscription product for creative agencies. Its scenario agencies share client briefs and design feedback through unrelated tools. Approval history is hard to reconstruct, and an internal SaaS prototype does not yet distinguish tenant access, client permissions and subscription limits.

02 / The objectives

What the concept sets out to improve.

Create a focused review workflow, isolate each agency workspace and make plan limits and subscription changes predictable.

03 / Scope & handover

Make the work tangible.

  • MVP product specification
  • Tenant and role model
  • Responsive application scope
  • Asset version workflow
  • Billing state design
  • Isolation tests
  • Release and support documentation

02 / Proposed experience specification · visual interpretation
04 / Proposed implementation

The thinking behind the experience.

01

Discovery prioritised workspace setup, project briefs, asset versions and approval decisions. Less essential reporting and marketplace features were excluded from the MVP.

02

The tenant model bound records and file access to a workspace. Role checks distinguished agency administrators, contributors and invited client reviewers.

03

Billing design addressed trial expiry, subscription changes, failed payments and entitlement updates. Webhook handling required signature verification, event deduplication and replay safe updates.

04

The delivery plan included tenant isolation tests, version history checks, restore drills and monitored rollout. Support tools exposed necessary diagnostics without unrestricted access to private client assets.

Proposed stack / workflow

Suggested architecture: web frontend, authenticated API, relational database with tenant controls, private object storage, background jobs and an appropriate subscription provider.

05 / Evaluation scenario

Define the measures.
Understand the limits.

Illustrative results · not measured client performance

Invented before-and-after scenario values from the concept brief. They are not benchmarks, promises or forecasts for a new engagement.

Illustrative evaluation scenario for Briefwell Agency Cloud. No measured client performance.
MeasureBeforeAfter
Workspaces completing activation34%49%
Median brief to first review time3.5 days2.3 days
Support tickets per 100 active workspaces2215

Measurement method & limitations

Activation means a workspace creates a project, uploads an asset and invites a reviewer within seven days. Compare equal thirty day cohorts and allow activation windows to mature. Active workspaces and ticket categories use the same definitions.

No actual subscribers, recurring revenue or production security claims exist for this concept. Revenue and churn require billing records over meaningful periods.

Have something more specific in mind? We are happy to talk through your goals, constraints and next steps.

How long does it take to launch a SaaS MVP?
A typical scoped MVP takes between 6 to 10 weeks, delivering authentication, Stripe recurring subscriptions, core product workflows, and an intuitive customer dashboard.
Can the application scale to millions of users?
Yes. Our architectures use stateless serverless or containerized services with indexed PostgreSQL / MongoDB databases and Redis caching, capable of scaling seamlessly on AWS or Google Cloud.
